KJERSTI S. KRISTENSEN​

Kjersti S. Kristensen has more than 25 years of experience in international corporations and start‑ups, working across organisational development, performance management, governance, risk, and compliance. She holds an Executive MBA and a degree in international management, and is a certified Connection Practice coach trained in emotionally safe communication and relational mentoring. Fluent in five languages and shaped by years abroad, she brings a global perspective to leadership and human‑capacity development. She is currently developing and studying how human biology, psychology, and organisational systems interact — with a growing focus on how leaders can design environments that unlock potential and support sustainable performance. Kjersti is the co‑creator of the Ignited Model.

RUNE AA. HALVORSEN​

​Rune brings more than 30 years of experience in international corporate environments and start‑ups, spanning board work, leadership development, performance management, governance, risk, and organisational resilience. He has supported executive teams through complex change and offers a grounded understanding of how organisations function under pressure. He holds a BSc degree in Computation and has completed Executive MBA courses. Rune’s work explores how human biology and behavioural science can bridge practical leadership and strengthen adaptability and sustainable performance. He is the co‑creator of the Ignited Model.
